This tutorial assumes you are already logged into cPanel.

Click on the SUBDOMAINS icon.

Enter the PREFIX of your new subdomain in the provided box.

Click the CREATE BUTTON.

That’s it! You’ve just created a new subdomain. A folder will be auto-generated with the same name as your new subdomain. This is where you can upload your files for the new subdomain. This new folder will be located in the PUBLIC_HTML directory.

Click the GO BACK link.

Your new subdomain should now display on the Subdomains screen.

You can also grant virtual FTP access to the new subdomain from the FTP MANAGER in cPanel, although this is not strictly necessary for the subdomain to work.
